    on track

    hello all!! so i am  feeling very good about this.  i have started going back to the gym for lunch. have been trying to really pay attenditon to what i am eating.  it is hard when at my office people are always bringing in snacks of all kinds. i have been very good at trying to forget they are there, only failed once but they were homemade brownies and could not resist.  we are going out of town this weekend for a wedding so hopefully i can really keep it up! wish me luck!!!

    Going For the Gold!!!!

    i have decided that i am not going to let another season of biggest loser come and go, and i just sit there and not do a thing.  so this time i am going for the gold!!! i am putting me and my health first. so anyone who would like to join me please let me know!!!!

    back on track

    Well tonight i'm getting back on track.... i have been sick for the last week so working out was gone as well.  i got back on the treadmill tonight and will do it again in the moring.  i tried to do my best to stay on track with my diet, i did okay since i did go down  a little.  i just keep telling my self any amount of drop in weight is better than a gain.  so my goal for next week is to doulble my loss.... wish me luck!!!!

    Before Pics

    so today i finally got batteries for my camera, so we took our before pictures. they we worse than i thought. but i guess it's just what i needed to really make me really dedicated to this challenge.  it has now been two weeks and i have lost 2 lbs so far. right now we have just been concentrating on our diet. but now we are going start working out my ultimate goal is to be able to work out for 2 hours any a time.  i'm starting with 20-30 mintues this week and will increase as i go.
